Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an error ('Err'), analyze the issue, and pinpoint the faulty component, thereby streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
