The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 integrates a diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed in warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
