The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting an issue, it automatically enters fault alert mode, outputting a signal (3.6mA or 22.8mA) to trigger system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen displays error codes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
