This innovative instrument boasts an all-metal construction paired with a modular design approach. Its compact size ensures effortless integration, while minimizing pressure loss. With an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
and its straightforward installation and low-maintenance requirements, the flowmeter finds extensive application across a multitude of industries, expertly handling even the most demanding and challenging environments.
This makes it an ideal choice for controlling flow and processes involving small flow rates, low velocities, and various intricate medium conditions, offering exceptional reliability and performance.

The correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial to guarantee its optimal performance. Key installation tips to ensure smooth operation include:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed strictly in a vertical orientation, ensuring the fluid flows from bottom to top. It is important to maintain a straight pipe section of at least five times the instrument's diameter at both entry and exit points. For newly established pipelines, a comprehensive flush should be conducted before the flowmeter installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, complemented by a flow control valve situated 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. Install a filter upstream for small diameter instruments. If the fluid contains magnetic particles, it is essential to have a magnetic filter installed prior to the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and enable easy replacement of the flowmeter, ensure the inclusion of a bypass pipeline during the installation process.

(4) For mediums that are particularly dirty, it is vital to perform regular cleaning of the pipes and float to maintain operational efficiency.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically delivers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. If your application demands higher precision, consider alternative instruments as the metal tube rotor flowmeter may not meet such exacting requirements.
