The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous use, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Crafted with a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies and displays the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes the maintenance process more efficient and convenient.
