The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a continuous decade of operation, it maintains a phenomenal 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superb anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real time. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
