The ZY8000 is fitted with an advanced diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', pinpointing and diagnosing the malfunctioning unit.
