The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. If a fault is detected, it activates an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems after a specified number of events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
