The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. This transmitter harnesses the power of cutting-edge engineering: the sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 also features integrated diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
