Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently.
Diagnostic functionality can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When damage occurs to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
