The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in considerable maintenance cost savings. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 has an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. If a fault is detected, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can be expressed as a warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
