The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its own status. Upon identifying a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, emits an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and conducts an immediate analysis, pinpointing the faulty component. This intelligent design simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.
