The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. This precision remains unparalleled even after a decade of continuous operation, retaining a remarkable 99.9% accuracy and offering significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. In addition, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its own status. Upon identifying a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, emits an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and conducts an immediate analysis, pinpointing the faulty component. This intelligent design simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.

Boasting outstanding product stability, it offers the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures reliable operation in all weather conditions and is fully compatible with the HART protocol.
