The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating the latest mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform it into a digital signal. This is followed by precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring highly accurate readings.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with a superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output purely digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, respectively. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Introducing the ZY8000, an advanced intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warnings or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
