The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge device that integrates a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This sophisticated sensor technology generates signals that are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals then undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal by the D/A converter. Transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and essential functional parameters are securely stored in two independent EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust these parameters onsite using the three convenient adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time access to measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring versatile and flexible operation.

The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without the need for re-adjustment.
