The ZY8000 transmitter features integrated diagnostics, allowing it to monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, outputting specific electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When issues arise, the LCD display shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements for heightened convenience.
