Over ten years of continuous operation, it consistently maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This intuitive feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement, making the process more straightforward and convenient.
