Introducing the ZY8000: a high-precision intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it impressively maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, leading to significant savings in maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it handles severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior performance in anti-electromagnetic interference guarantees unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Should an issue arise, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD displays an error message (Err), automatically analyzes the fault, and identifies the defective unit. This functionality simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring effortless instrument management.
