Introducing the ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering that features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This high-precision device amplifies sensor signals, utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The integrated microprocessor then performs both linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For HART protocol applications, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter versions, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and instantly view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is fully supported via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and convenience.

This significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.The diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration..
