The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative device transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter into precise digital signals. These signals are meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters supporting PROFIBUS-PA and FF directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and can easily read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
