The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of innovation, boasting a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a sophisticated modular design. Harnessing the power of advanced signal amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, this transmitter transforms sensor output into precise digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a D/A converter. For versions with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configurations can be set through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility and control.
