ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, allowing it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical conditions effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err' and analyze the fault, pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring seamless operation.
