The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an optimal accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it demonstrates exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it triggers an alert state, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays an error (Err), identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software operational statuses. In the event of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
