The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. This smart transmitter automatically displays an error (Err) on the LCD when a fault is detected, pinpointing the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement. The measured pressure is transmitted through the remote sensing system,
which then sends the data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. This system can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
high viscosity fluids, media prone to crystallization or corrosion. It is extensively used across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment sectors.

this device incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip with a lightning protection circuit design, isolated power supply, and sensor signal, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. Boasting excellent product stability, it achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather usability and compatibility with HART protocol.
