The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it shifts to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically indicates 'Err,' analyzes, and shows the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
