The ZY8000 Intelligent High Precision Capillary Pressure Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, boasting a base accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen displays an 'Err' message and identifies the faulty component automatically, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks for the user, ensuring optimal operation with minimal downtime.
