The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems after predefined events. Upon identifying a fault, the LCD screen will automatically display 'Err,' analyze the issue, and pinpoint the faulty unit. This intelligent feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring operational efficiency.
