The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
