Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter is ingeniously designed as a variable area flow measurement instrument, utilizing the precision of float position measurement to deliver accurate results.

Distinguished by its robust all-metal structure and a forward-thinking modular design concept, this flowmeter offers unparalleled benefits. With its compact size, minimal pressure loss, and an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
alongside its seamless installation and maintenance, it stands out as an essential tool across various industries, even in the most complex and challenging environments.
Perfectly suited for managing flow and process control of small flow rates and low velocities, this device excels in handling demanding medium conditions with precision.

Proper installation is crucial to ensure the metal rotor flowmeter operates at peak performance. Key installation considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed vertically, ensuring the fluid flows from bottom to top. There must be a straight pipe section at both inlet and outlet, measuring five times the instrument's diameter. Thoroughly flush newly installed pipelines before flowmeter installation.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter, and place a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. Small diameter instruments require a filter upstream, and if magnetic materials are present, a magnetic filter is recommended before the flowmeter.

(3) To allow for easy maintenance and replacement, ensure a bypass pipeline is connected during installation.

(4) For mediums that are particularly dirty, regular cleaning of pipes and the float is critical to maintain performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For demands of higher accuracy, alternative solutions should be considered over a metal tube rotor flowmeter.
