The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system amplifies the sensor's signal and, using a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforms it into a digital signal. This digital signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the system translates the signal into a 4mA to 20mA DC output augmented by a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol, it delivers a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal directly. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault notifications, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest potential reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior performance against electromagnetic interference ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting defined fault events, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
