The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a pinnacle of precision, embraces cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This avant-garde device amplifies sensor signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to translate them into digital signals. These signals are meticulously subjected to linear and temperature corrections within a sophisticated microprocessor.
The transmitter with HART protocol superimposes a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal using a state-of-the-art D/A converter. For models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter functionalities, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The meticulous design ensures that the measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the crystal-clear LCD display.
