Even after a decade of continuous operation, this cutting-edge device maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. When predefined events occur, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will show an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
