The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement, thus simplifying the upkeep process.

our product features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply, all of which significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
By combining various remote devices with specialized oil-filling mechanisms, we ensure maximum transmitter accuracy and overall clearness. The transmitter boasts impeccable product stability and highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. It features an explosion-proof shell structure suitable for all weather conditions and compatibility with HART protocol.
