The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a pinnacle of modern technology, boasting an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. The sensor's signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously linearized and corrected for temperature fluctuations within the microprocessor.
For transmitters adhering to the HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC range, with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. For transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities, they offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The core data of the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored within two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic capabilities can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, conveying alarms as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
