The ZY8000Y Intelligent Remote Sealing Transmitter features advanced sensing technology

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers an extraordinary basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak performance reaching an astonishing 0.075% FS. Engineered for durability, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous service, substantially minimizing maintenance expenses. Its sturdy metal enclosure and completely sealed measuring elements enable it to easily endure the most severe chemical and mechanical adversities. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in resisting electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function, continuously monitoring its status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', rapidly identifying and diagnosing the faulty unit. This capability simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement, making them both straightforward and efficient.
