Brief Introduction to the Valve Group
The valve group is primarily employed for initiating, closing, balancing pressure, and discharging input signals of differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It ensures effortless installation, maintenance, and online inspection of the instrument. The valve group is designed to be highly efficient.

Integrated Valve Group
Pre-assembled with the transmitter and valve group at the factory, followed by comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This process minimizes on-site installation efforts and prevents leaks associated with transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Utilizes a stainless steel pin to firmly secure the valve seat to the valve body, preventing detachment.
· Valve Body Design
Features an integrated structure with high strength and reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Employs hard sealing between stainless steel components, ensuring safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
Designed with segment structure components to enhance sealing performance and longevity of the valve group, while also improving handle operation.
· Lubricating Grease
Utilizes imported grease between the sealing washer and adjusting screw to reduce friction and enhance sealing performance.
