The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen instantly displays an error code (Err), automatically identifying and showing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
