The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures, making the ZY8000 a highly user-friendly instrument.convenient.
