along with its simplicity in installation and maintenance, make it a sought-after choice across numerous industries, even in the most challenging and demanding environmental conditions.
This versatile tool is indispensable for controlling flow and processes in scenarios involving small flow rates, low velocities, and stringent medium requirements.

Ensuring the flawless installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for optimal performance. Key installation guidelines to consider include:

(1) The flowmeter should be mounted vertically, ensuring the fluid flows from bottom to top. It's essential to maintain a straight pipe section, five times the instrument diameter, at both the inlet and outlet. For new pipelines, a thorough flush is mandatory before installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, and a flow control valve should be located 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameters, incorporate a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, install a magnetic filter prior to the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate flowmeter replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during the installation process.

(4) In cases where the medium is contaminated, prompt cleaning of both the pipes and float is essential to ensure efficiency.

(5) The precision of the metal rotor flowmeter typically adheres to a 1.5 measurement accuracy level. For applications requiring higher precision, alternative measurement devices should be considered.
