The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge marvel, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the sensor's signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to translate it into a precise digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs both linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range, superimposed with HART communication via a high-precision D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The essential data of the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored within two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, which also allow for real-time reading of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing remarkable flexibility and control.

In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,'analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic units or measuring elements be damaged, they can be promptly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
