The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its peak), maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions, allowing real-time status monitoring. When a fault arises, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems upon detecting over-defined quantity events. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to electronic units or measuring elements, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for re-adjustment.
