The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an unparalleled basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a top-tier precision of up to 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated device transforms sensor output through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data through a D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and they can view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
