The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS, ensuring precision in every measurement. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 adeptly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding predefined event thresholds. When issues arise, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument for effortless upkeep.

The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices, then conveyed to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature conditions (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away).
Additionally, it handles high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums effortlessly. This transmitter finds extensive applications in industries such as Petroleum, Chemical, Metallurgy, Power, Environmental Protection, New Energy, and Machinery Equipment.
