Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly saving on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes maintenance moreconvenient.
