The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then finely tuned through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA, FF signals directly. Key data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing versatile and comprehensive control options.

The ZY8000 series is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The system can express alarms as either warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of essential components like SENSOR, ROM, RAM, and EEPROM.
