Advanced Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured

through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), this device is ideally suited for high temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums. Extensively utilized across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably resilient, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Should an issue arise, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting a distinct alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen clearly displays an error message (Err), automatically identifying and explaining the issue, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
