Ensuring the correct installation of the Metal Rotor Flowmeter With LCD Display is crucial for its optimal performance. Key installation considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter should always be installed vertically, ensuring the fluid flows from bottom to top. It is essential to have a straight pipe section measuring five times the instrument's diameter at both inlet and outlet. In newly set-up pipelines, a thorough flushing should precede the installation of the flowmeter.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter and install a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. Small diameter instruments should also have an upstream filter. If the medium contains magnetic materials, incorporate a magnetic filter before the flowmeter.

(3) For ease of maintenance and effortless replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during the initial installation of the instrument.
