The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with an option for an even tighter 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, generating an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making the instrument exceptionally user-friendly.
