The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates a signal, which is then amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor meticulously performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, it seamlessly converts the signal into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA, and FF signals. The critical measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operating modes. Additionally, parameter configuration is easily achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily handling extreme chemical and mechanical loads. ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze the fault, and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents.
