The ZY8000 series offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its best). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, it boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the fault, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.This ensures that upkeep is straightforward and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating either warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
