Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This transmitter excels by converting the sensor's signal through an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital format. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor to ensure precise readings.
For models utilizing HART protocol, the transmitter converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with the HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are safely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust settings on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the fault, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be output as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
